I agree with aestetix on this one.  Ive had troubles in the past w/ 
getting 9x boxes to work w/ NT boxes. Worst thing is even when I do get 
everything set up correctly - sometimes it still doesnt work. :)  I would 
cover the basics.  Do you have the correct driver(s)?  Do you have the 
proper network components installed(Client for MS nets, NetBEUI, TCP/IP), 
same workgroup and subnet?  Can comp1 ping comp3?  Youll figure it out,
