[mw2600] Best of Creative Computing Vol 2(1977)

This is a gem. It looks to be an online collaboration of a bunch of 
cool computer stuff going on in the 60s and 70s... a few articles that 
stand out are "The Reactive Paper Engine" by Terry Winograd (created 
SHRDLU) and exploring the MITS Altair 8800. The only real issue I have 
is that it's all scanned in from the actual book, which means heavy on 
graphics, which means death to the dialup user.
